We Track Progress Every Step of the Way

FEV Tutor provides comprehensive Progress Monitoring, Reporting, and Data to our district and school partners as a central part of tracking student acceleration and measuring evidence of our programs’ effectiveness. Our standard reporting process is split up into two different program report options:

PUSH REPORTING:

Weekly push reporting is sent to all key stakeholders, including a snapshot of key performance indicators such as student attendance, exit ticket assessment data, progress notes, student and tutor feedback, and links to the recorded tutoring sessions. The reporting hierarchy is set up working in collaboration with Tulsa Public Schools and is a custom hierarchy.

PULL REPORTING:

Data is available 24/7 within FEV Tutor’s dynamic 1:1 Online Tutoring platform. All of the same data that we push is available to all key stakeholders 24/7 with a dynamic way to organize it and pull reports on-demand.

Relevant, Role-Specific Reports

Our weekly reports keep educators up to speed on your Return on Investment, as well as provide teachers with an opportunity to leverage real-time data to sync tutoring with classroom instruction. FEV Tutor consolidates data and commentary to make it accessible and easy to understand. Each week teachers and administrators receive detailed reports, or reports can be accessed on demand within the portal.
